Dresden and Lasciel by zirofax Dresden and Lasciel by zirofax
Lasciel and Dresden poster. This was a piece for one of my classes. It looks like a beer label to me! :)

Oh, and btw, I'm back!!! I just finished my last final today, so I have some time to catch up and do some art for myself. Whee!!

The girl who I used as Lasciel is my friend Kelly! :icongreenfortune: She really fit the part!

(also, go check out her art, it's really awesome. I've also posed for her a couple times! :) )

if that's a beer label then does the beer taste like brimstone and sulfur?

I love the whole flow of the composition it definitely has an almost advertising feel--but it'd make a great poster!

ahhh this is so awesome, reading the newest book right now and this is some of the best fan art I've seen in my desperate search. :) Well done.

Beer label? ok- I could see that but Harry would totally be the sort to make his own micro brew when he hasn't got a potion that needs work. I thought it was more of a vaudeville poster look - sort of paying tribute to the magicians he's named after and that his father was a showman....

Exellent! Love this shot. If i ever had to be posessed by one of the Denarius i would go with Lasciel.

Ok, this is just awesome. As in, completely. I love how you added in all the old time looking prints in the back ground. And I adore Lasciel, how she's all ghostly in the backgound, holding the coin over Harry. It's beyond words.

One teeny, tiny little thing that I noticed. It doesn't even need to be changed, because I think they mentioned it like once. I only noticed it because I just read the part where they describe Lasciel's mark, and apparently it's supposed to look something like an hourglass. Like I said, teeny tiny. It does nothing to detract from the utter awesomeness of this piece. :D
